💸 Refund Policy

JustAnIdea is a digital service that provides immediate access to personalized content. For this reason, we do not offer automatic or unconditional refunds.

1. When Is a Refund Considered?

Refunds may be granted under specific circumstances, including:

  • • Billing errors
  • • Serious technical issues that prevent access to the service
  • • Reasonable and clearly justified dissatisfaction with the service

2. How to Request a Refund

Send an email tocontact@thejustanidea.com with the subject "Refund". Please include:

  • • Your account email
  • • The reason for your request

We will review your case individually and, if applicable, issue a refund through the original payment method.

3. Time Limit

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original payment.

4. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account panel to avoid future charges. Cancellation does not trigger a refund unless it meets the criteria above.
